Instructions for Use
Our products stand for reliable, certified safety you can trust. We are proud to meet the requirements for CE and UKCA marking, which regulate the highest standards for Class I medical devices under the EU MDR and UK Medical Device Regulations 2002. Many of our products and materials are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 in Class I (the strictest limits) and Class II – tested for gentle, direct skin contact that simply feels good. They are also free from latex and natural rubber, ensuring pure comfort on the skin.
Storage
To ensure long-lasting enjoyment of your product, we recommend careful storage. Keep your headwear in a clean, dry place away from light to best protect the material and colors.
When stored properly, unused products remain in excellent condition for up to approximately five years – preserving their quality and comfort over time.
Care Instructions
To keep your headwear looking beautiful and comfortable to wear, always follow the care instructions on the label. Like all textiles that come into direct contact with the skin, this product should be washed regularly.
For particularly gentle cleaning, we recommend hand washing with a mild liquid detergent. This helps preserve both the material and fit. Please note that despite careful care, slight shrinkage of up to 5% may occur.
The materials used meet common standards for color fastness (grade 3–4) and are therefore well suited for everyday use. However, over time, exposure to light, washing, and wear may lead to gentle fading of the colors.
If the care instructions are followed, the average lifespan is approximately 30 to 40 care cycles – equivalent to about one year of regular use. This ensures long-lasting comfort, quality, and style.
Safety
For a comfortable and safe wearing experience, we recommend washing your headwear before first use. This helps gently remove any potential residues from the textile manufacturing process.
Please wear the product only on intact skin. If your skin is sensitive, prone to irritation, or not fully intact, we recommend using an appropriate wound dressing as a protective first layer.
Pay attention to how your skin feels while wearing the product. If irritation such as redness, itching, or pressure marks occurs, we recommend removing the product. After washing it again, you may try wearing it at a later time. If the reaction persists, we advise against continued use and recommend contacting us or your retailer.
Choosing the right size, fit, and model plays a key role in your comfort. If seams or details cause pressure points, slight adjustments to the fit may help. Your comfort is always our top priority.
