Carefully packaged, your new favorite piece reaches you in Germany within 2 to 3 working days. We also deliver promptly and reliably across the EU, as well as to Switzerland and Norway, as a postal parcel via your local postal service or as a DHL Express shipment if you need your order urgently.

At House of Christine, your well-being is particularly close to our hearts – that includes a straightforward and transparent return process. If something doesn't meet your expectations, the return is completely hassle-free – because true premium quality at House of Christine is evident even when you change your mind. Free returns and a 30-day return period are a matter of course for us, so you always feel secure and valued.

For delivery addresses within Germany, we already enclose a pre-addressed and prepaid return label with your order. This way, you can send back your return easily and free of charge via any DHL/Deutsche Post branch, Packstation, or delivery person. Find the nearest drop-off point here.

Returns are also free for customers from all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. However, due to technical reasons, we cannot automatically enclose a return label, so please contact us if you wish to return an item. We will take care of everything promptly and inform you of the next steps.

Return Conditions

If you decide to return an item to us, please carefully fill out the enclosed return slip. Note the number of items you wish to return there, and include the slip with the corresponding products in the package. This allows us to process your return quickly and smoothly.

To ensure we maintain the high quality and hygiene standards of our products, please note the following:

  • Labels and tags must remain attached to the item.
  • The original packaging should be undamaged and complete.
  • The item must show no signs of use – this includes odors, makeup residues, or other contamination.

Please understand that, for hygienic reasons, we can only accept unworn and flawless items.

If your return is due to a complaint – for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item – please contact us in advance. We will find a suitable solution for you quickly.
